This course is an omnibus course with 16 instructors.
The first half of the course covered the philosophy and current status of the long-term care insurance system and medical care for the elderly, the state of the industry, the use of IT, and the adult guardianship system.
In the second half, operators talked about their experiences in the field and their management philosophy and methods.Director Kataoka spoke at the following class.
