Due to the impact of COVID-19, many nursing care facilities are prohibiting or restricting visits, tours, and access by vendors, as well as requesting staff to refrain from non-essential outings. As various approaches are being explored to adapt to the “With-COVID” era, there are many challenges that can be resolved through the use of technology. We plan to introduce initiatives for online visitations and operational efficiency while providing a virtual tour of our nursing and welfare research lab.
